Radish may joke around with its menu—the Berry Manilow salad, the Kale Me Maybe juice—but it's serious about healthy, locally sourced food. The restaurant teams with half a dozen farms, most of which are located in Arizona, to provide organic produce and humanely raised meats for its salads and cold-pressed juices. These include the Kale-ing Me Softly salad, packed with kale, avocado, sweet potatoes, quinoa, and chickpeas in lemon-tahini dressing, and the Just Beet It juice with beets, granny smith apples, carrots, and lemon.
