The customer service is so bad. This company is not transparent in there fine print, lots of hidden charges. They try to up sale you. Never coming back.

I asked the technician to disinfect the laser head and she said that there is no time! She was awful and did everything in rush. The glasses were filthy and that is why I asked her to disinfect the laser head but received—NO. And then she set the machine to 16, which is very weak and I think they do that, so that you keep coming endlessly, that is why they try to sell you their monthly package.
