Clean and well run facility. Excellent variety of trampoline centers (dodge ball, hoops, child & group).

The workers didn't seem to know what was going on. When we first got there most of the workers were playing dodgeball. When they started working they kept telling my kids their time was up, even thought we still had an hour. I had to talk to the front desk to get it straightened out. Also, they don't allow people to bring in water bottles but the only water available to drink is very hot out of the drinking fountain. With a couple if tweaks this could be a very pleasant place to bring my kids.

not safe. basketball netting ripped and posed strangulation hazard. virtually no supervision. employees congregating in groups talking. basketball area had no rules enforced. adults play dodgeball with little kids. no soap in the bathroom. water fountain broken, not cold. cash register system didn't work, had to walk back and forth to the front to purchase bottled water. no organization. zip. zero. yes, everyone knows someone died there recently. bummer, cause it would be great to exercise my boys during the summer. good concept.

Not being able to bring your own water bottle sucks.
