We work with a wide range of issues providing services that span from depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling, and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's needs.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Founder, Melissa Cox-Pasqua, has always had a heart to help others with their healing. Melissa started out early in her career as a nurse and then transitioned into counseling as another way of coming alongside people. She founded The Empowerment Group as a way to do so on a larger scale.

What do you love most about your job?
The counselors at The Empowerment Group love to help others move through the tough spots and into a more joyful life.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Many clients have expressed comfort in the counseling environment and have shared that resolution of difficulties has been achieved.
