The Holistic Weigh is a proven system for permanent weight loss that uses an effective combination of holistic and psychology techniques to bring forth positive, long-lasting change. The program is successful because it addresses the underlying root causes that are keeping you stuck in old patterns.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Through my own journey of struggling with my weight and also working with hundreds of clients helping them achieve peace and balance with their food and weight struggles, I found the perfect combination of holistic and psychology techniques to help people heal blocks and achieve weight loss success.

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love it when I get to assist someone in achieving their goals and dreams! This program has allowed me to facilitate some amazing transformations and it is so rewarding to see a person go from a daily inner battle with themselves to feeling peaceful and confident in such a short time.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When I was working with a woman who had given up hope that anything would work for her because she had tried everything and always seemed to sabotage her weight loss efforts. She was so delighted with her success working with me that she invited me to her house to do sessions for all of her friends!
