When you returned, we offered to cover the labor cost to help with the upgrade, even though the parts you declined earlier were the cause of the issue. The tire rotation was started as requested, but our technician stopped the process after finding that the tire tread condition made it unsafe to continue. For your safety, we recommended tire replacement before proceeding. You initially agreed but later decided not to move forward with the new tires. Since time and equipment were already utilized, a refund for that service cannot be issued. Please know this decision was made purely out of concern for safety — not due to any limitations on our part. We’re always here if you’d like to revisit the tire replacement or discuss the matter further. Your safety and satisfaction remain very important to us.
