Seth Thurston is an amazing trainer. His business is centered around the needs of each client and his workouts are strategically built around the physique the client is trying to develop. His one-on-one coaching is hard to come by these days. This place is all business if you’re serious about changing your physique and your life. Give Seth 4 months and he’ll change yours!!

The gym is clean and well staffed. Trainers have a terrific grasp of how to get results. I highly recommend the personal training as well as the classes, juice bar, and stretch studio!!
