About Tortilla Fish

The chefs at Santa Madre Taco Shop assemble rows of tacos, quesadillas, and stuffed burritos for customers. Starting with the protein, which could include steak, fish, or fried shrimp, they specify each order to guests' whims, loading up on fresh veggies and other toppings. The one thing the chefs won't do: mess with the salsa. Instead, they leave that privilege to the guests. Right next to the checkout counter is Santa Madre's salsa bar, filled with different variations of salsa, bottles of sauces and dressings, and other toppings like jalapenos and pico de gallo, giving guests complete control over each bite.

Every thing was really tasty. Portions are huge! But my stomach didn’t agree with the food, had one of my allergies reactions. Guess there was some milk products hiding in ingredients. Otherwise I liked this place a lot.
