I bought package of 3 non surgical face lift. Erica is very nice and knowledgeable but this deal is for a machine that made no difference on my skin. She offers an upgrade to a better machine for an additional $199 per treatment and she requires a 18-21% tip. I can’t afford better machine and because Groupon was redeemed on 1st visit I can’t get a refund. Beware!!

Very Sad! This client is not mentioning she came here with a pre-existing condition and had never seek skin care before. Due to her condition. What she isn't stating here that she learned about my additional services and additioan l machines because I UPGRADED HER FREE OF CHARGE $299 value on top of using her Groupon AND ADDED A FREE PHOTON THERAPY $40 VALUE ON ME to try to help her which she she didn't pay any gratuity on my free services. I'm kind, Compassionate and a very Caring person.... I am Not God. As for Gratuity sad she would buy a Groupon at 70%- 82% off and accept the FREE Up-GRADES then not want to tip. It's basic US Gratuity Policies. This clients heard is just bad, Did she really expect to come in recieve a $199 treatment on Groupon and expect us not to redeem it? Good Riddance. An esthetician can not do the service of a Plastic Surgeon. I can not fix 40 plus years of damage in 1 treatment.
