Great combination of HIIT, pilates and stretching. Theresa was a great instructor. The group size of 9 was intimate and allowed for personal attention. I'm planning to join the gym once my Groupon is used up.

Infrared sauna is not therapeutic until it's at higher temps, but they have a policy not to preheat, so the entire time is spent reaching therapeutic temperatures, instead of providing therapeutic value. Preheating is part of the service, so a policy against that means your infrared sauna sessions don't provide therapeutic value, and are not worth the cost at any price.

I'm pleased I found Tri-Core. I was looking for an affordable infrared sauna site and TriCore provides that, and more. Modern, clean location with easy parking.
