the customer service was outstanding!! even though I still paid extra, I would go back just for that! Usually with some places, you mention that you are using a coupon for service, and you are treated horribly. From the beginning, when I set up my appointment, to when they pulled my car up front for me, I was treated with respect and courtesy.

They were pretty rude when I asked them about the service...they wouldn't even do a quick check engine light test. All they have to do is plug a little meter in to a plug, and read a code...they wanted to charge up to $240 for that! They recommended a lot of unnecessary fixes. They wouldn't change the tranny fluid or power steering fluid.
