I was not impressed with the multitasking of the owner Cynthia that did my hair. She seemed preoccupied with too many other things and I felt I had to wait numerous times because of these other things she was tending to besides me so I felt my time was wasted at times. Also, I asked that my highlights NOT be brassy and yet they turned out brassy regardless and this has not happened in many years of getting highlights at other salons.
