What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Dr. Shachi Patel—a board-certified physician personally administers every cosmetic procedure. Her passion for skin care, comes from her own personal struggle with acne in adulthood. This motivated her to spend her days at Harvard to study the best treatments available for skin care.

What do you love most about your job?
The patients! Dr. Patel always says "in the joy of others, lies our own!"
