they are trying up sell other cleaning services which will cost more, and did not finish the job as I asked for cleaning my hose sidings. They only did what they can reach with out even trying with a ladder. Called them back and no response.

No one answering the phone to schedule an appt for the last three weeks of August. Then, got through on 3 September to James who scheduled my powerwashing for 10 Sept, even though I told him that we were out of country 5-12 Sept and no one would be available to monitor. Had signed up for additional $50 service to powerwash patio. When I returned on 13 Sept., no work had been done. No note or phone call or anything. Called him again on 14 Sept and rescheduled for 22 Sept. Again, no show on 22 Sept; no call, no cancellation, nothing. Dismal customer communications service and non-existent service delivery.
