Great service and friendly staff I will return

They are very friendly and nice, the oil change service was done quickly, I definitely will be back next time, I strongly recommend this place. The only thing it is hard to see the place from the street, I suggest to place an add near the sidewalk for better view from the street.

I usually take my car to Valvoline for oil changes, but decided to support a small business and bought this Groupon instead. Here are Pros and Cons of my personal experience with this visit: PROS -Same day service and easy scheduling through a quick phone call -Centrally located for most people in Orlando -No wait time for my car to be started on CONS -VERY relaxed mask regulation if that concerns you (mechanic did not wear one at all, receptionist lowered hers when she was talking, customer in waiting room was not wearing one at all) -No communication/organization/updates with the service even though it was not busy (my car needed a special filter that was not in the shop. After 30 mins of waiting and noticing my car not being worked on, I went in to ask. Receptionist informed then that they had to buy one. I continued to wait about another 30 mins with no apology.) -Once my car came out, and was given the keys to leave, I was flagged down by the receptionist to pay other fees/taxes not covered in the Groupon. (This is fine, but would have GREATLY appreciated if I was told this in the almost 1 hour of wait time and not as I was pulling out of the place.)

It was a very small place, was hard to find at first but once we got there the staff was nice, they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and seemed thorough. One thing is they had me pay “sales tax” and I though everything would be paid for by the Groupon.. so idk why that happened but it was only $2 so I’m not too upset, overall good prices for car maintenance.
