What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Highly qualified coaches who carry 4 year degrees and multiple certifications (CSCS, FMS, Massage Therapy etc..). We also perform full client assessments, including body fat analysis, movement assessment, goal setting, nutritional guidance, prior to training to individualize the program.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Performance Coaches are always instructing the class in a safe and efficient manner. We work with each individual during the class to keep them working at their comfort level. High energy music and group atmosphere brings a motivational atmosphere as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We felt there was a gap between the quality of training you receive with Personal Training and Group Fitness. There are many associated health benefits to the social side of group training, but why not help individualize the training since each client has different goals and different movements.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the interaction with others and helping them to take the next step in this journey to success. Being able to witness others achieve goals they never thought they would be able to achieve is very motivating and empowering.
