Adding to my preview review: Do not hire them! They’re not honest or professional. Their whole spiel about being a Christian company is deceiving. In my experience they weren’t very Christian about handling my issue. Not empathetic and rude and at the end, they never cover the damages caused.

This company was a nightmare. In addition to hitting a parked car (yes the police are involved) then denying liability, the movers showed up 5.5 hours late and damaged multiple pieces of expensive mid century furniture that belonged to my late stepfather. I tried to file an insurance claim with no response whatsoever. Buyers beware. I truly wish I never hired these people.

This is a Christian company and we appreciate it if the honesty flows in both directions. You requested an afternoon move which we inform all customers that they must wait for the morning moves to be completed, we will call you 45 minutes in advance, you can go about your normal daily schedule as long as you stay within a 45 minute radius of your home. Afternoon does not mean right at noon. As for the car that was damaged, you are in an apartment complex, we have several cars that like to whip around our parked trucks in tight spaces and do not realize what is on the opposite end. This was not your car. This was your neighbor. Video surveillance is being reviewed by authorities to see who hit your neighbors car. We have a $3,000,000 insurance policy that covers damages that are incurred by our company that we pay $3000.00 a month for. We would not help you commit insurance fraud to get your antique your warn antique furniture fully refinished. Thank you and God Bless.

Movers were professional and completed the task at hand without any hiccups, however they were extremely behind schedule. They were scheduled between 12-3 and didn’t arrive until 5:30pm.

Thank you for trusting in us! You requested an afternoon move which we inform all customers that they must wait for the morning moves to be completed, we will call you 45 minutes in advance, you can go about your normal daily schedule as long as you stay within a 45 minute radius of your home. Regretfully most are stuck with an afternoon move with moving companies because they wat until the last minute to book their move. We are running 8 trucks daily but the morning folks sometimes add more items or request more services than they originally requested. We do not say "no" to our morning clients. Sorry for the slight delay. We are grateful that their is still plenty of daylight at 3 PM & 5:30 PM. Thank you for your business!

Was 5 hours late! Appointment was scheduled for 12. No call no show. I called the office at 3 and left a message. Then suddenly the mover called to tell me that he would be arriving at 5. Thankfully I was not on a tight schedule. I can only imagine if I had to move for a job or had to be at work that night.

We do not schedule anyone for 12 PM. Our movers start at 8AM. If you choose to take an afternoon time slot with ANY moving company, you must wait until the first small moves or deliveries in front of you are complete. We let every client know that we are running 8 trucks daily and that we will call you 45 minutes in advance when headed your direction. Might we suggest calling a moving company, with more than 1 days notice of your move, and schedule a morning move in the future so you are first on the list. At no time did anyone in this office say 12 PM. We said "AFTERNOON". Thank you.
