Essentials Spa of Metrowest, Orlando

The receptionist was loud on the phone and it was very unprofessional especially at a quiet spa. The massage was honestly GREAT! (Didn’t get prior scrub and the aromatherapy must of been turned off) Massage lady was great and asked about my needs and checked on me constantly. However the facial missed the mark. The young lady was a sweetheart but not knowledgeable about a lot. Based on my experiences with facials and spas that was the lowest I’ve had, a lot can be better like being more prepared, making sure equipment works prior to the appointment(already having it on) it was a lot of fidgeting -looking for items, moving equipment to make space, running water again and again, having to change the music, etc., Having minimal distractions is key for your client. A lot of minor things that make a big difference to someone like me. In the back area were kids running around in another room while I waited for the aesthetician to come and get me for the facial for example, prior to my massage people were out the door loudly talking in another language (Hindu?) the whole point of a spa is to be RELAXED!! The entire experience should have been more calm & more flowing. Again, the massage was great but I did not receive the pineapple foot scrub, by the time my facial was over and I asked The other receptionist about it I didnt Care enough to make it a big deal. I usually Go to a different spa but I wanted to try this one out since I didnt Have much time as my usual.

Jackie was great with my massage and Olivia did an amazing job in my facial. I will be returning
