Worst massage and facial ever!! Think I need a massage to fix the massage I received! Very poor quality!

The bed was warm, but the room was quite cold for changing clothes. The blanket was not long enough to cover my feet and I am on the shorter side. There was no pillow to raise my feet or legs. The therapists hands were icy to start. No attention was given to the base of my scalp where I mentioned I had recent headaches. I was hoping my neck and shoulders would have been massaged while cradled in her hands. Too many negatives.
