My facial was bland and impersonal. I am a long time Aveda user and have just grown to expect a little something more from any salon that carries the Aveda brand. The salon itself LOOKS very nice but they need to train their staff to personalize facials to each person. Prior to the facial I even expressed what my skin concerns were and that did not seem to go hand in hand with the facial I actually received.
