the employees were actually very rude and the whole experience was disappointing. I had a color and when i returned home i found color all over my ears, my earrings, my scalp, my neck, my forehead even on the back of my shirt!!!! i could not believe they let me leave like that! other people were coming in also with groupons and the ladies were rude to everyone i saw. I would not go back there if it were free and i actually wish i could have my money back. I also purchased groupons as gifts and the recipients also had a bad time there. the workers are not happy to be there and it shows. sorry for the bad news...
