They stuffed me in a back room and left me alone to uncomfortably drool all the whitening solution down my chin. Didn't see any difference whatsoever when it was all over. Waste of money.

I waited over 40 minutes for a 9 am appointment. Was supposed to get take-home trays, was put in the chair, had the plastic form placed in my mouth for a whitening there in the office. The technician was so careless/in a rush that she misplaced fom, I later adjusted it and had a large sore on the inside of mouth for three days. Results were so-so. I had talked about the teeth whitening procedure with my dentist earlier this summer. I thought saving $140 would be worth it. In the long run I feel that I misspent $39. The business approach at Dent-Al Smiles seemed to be to run as many people through as possible without much concern for customer service -- not your typical dentist's office..

very professional, friendly staff. office ran efficiently so there was no wait which is appreciated these days. there was no "push" to buy any other products. if another groupon is made available for this business would definitely purchase.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff members made it a great experience.
