TicketWave, Pittsburgh

In the original offer from Ticketwave via Groupon, there were instructions for ADA seating. I followed the instructions, but the tickets I received were not ADA seating. I contacted Groupon, and was eventually told after a couple of weeks of run around that the vendor did not offer ADA seating and I could go to the game and perhaps the box office would be able to help. I eventually got a refund, but am extremely disappointed in Groupon (which has always had excellent customer service) and will never buy from Ticketwave.

I thought I was getting a discount but I actually got ripped off. If I went on Ticketwave without Groupon, it would have been only $18 for 2 tickets for the section & row I received; not $76. I'm very dissatisfied and will not be using Groupon again.
