When incalled JJ's they were very in willing to come out and do the work. When they saw our house and that there were still more leaves to fall we agreed to wait until such time the leaves were gone. Unfortunately I had given them my groupon number and according to my account they submitted it for payment. I called and they arranged to come to do the work but did not come. Now it is very cold and snowy and I don't know if they will come at all. They have not called me back. Very disappointed and I am out $25. A shame as we are always looking for responsible window and gutter cleaners.
