Best Groupon I ever bought. This place is fantastic - the staff are so experienced and truly care about their clients, everyone gets the same attention regardless of fitness level. The small classes mean you have your coach's full attention throughout and so you learn to train accurately and safely. I also love how they promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
