My car was as thoroughly cleaned inside and out as one of the more expensive services.

I was rescheduled 3 times on 10/28, which I tried to be understanding about. When no one showed up at 4, I was frustrated. At 6:30 an employee finally showed up, in the dark. As you can imagine, the detail was less than ideal. Windows and screens were smeary, dirt spots missed. Tariq offered to come back at no charge but it has been 4 weeks now and no one has come to take care of it.

I wish I had known these caveats prior to purchasing the voucher. All the other prior comments seemed really positive so I’m not sure why I had a more negative experience, but here you have it: Using the contact information provided in the Groupon notes will not work to get an appointment. Upon emailing, it took several followups from me to even get the listed contact to reply, and then they never replied back after requesting my same-day availability. The voicemail box is full for the number listed, and no one answers the phone (several attempts made during business hours). I was finally able to schedule via their facebook page and was again offered a same day appointment. I left work early to ensure I was home in time. Nearly 30 minutes past the appointment time there was still no sign of them. I called to ask whether they were delayed, and they asked me to reschedule for the next day. I reluctantly agreed. I had to take a slightly earlier spot than I wanted, left work early again, and they were ultimately an hour late to arrive. SO, the original time I had requested would have been fine. To their credit, they did call me a few minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me they might the a few minutes late, but by that time I had already left work and was on the road. Two men finally arrived and were very friendly and cordial. They apologized multiple times for needing to reschedule my appointment the previous day, which was appreciated. They quickly set up and got to work (needed to use my power supply and water btw, so not sure how this would work if you don’t own a house…). They did a nice job on my car. Overall, however, the inconvenience of scheduling and various snafus in communicating with the vendor far outweigh the convenience of having them come to you; I ultimately lost a lot more time than I saved. I suggest you strongly consider your patience levels and scheduling flexibility if you decide to purchase. UPDATE: I learned this is a very new company, so clearly they are experiencing some growing pains. Maybe worth another shot in a few months.
