Sichuan Cuisine, which originates in the Sichuan province of southwestern China, is known for its bold, spicy flavors, and the food at Sichuan Gourmet lives up to that reputation. Both of their chefs hail from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan, so their dishes are as authentic as they are flavorful.
