Great photos and service. Would highly recommend

We had a midday booking on a Friday. After checking in early 11:45a for a 12p session, we ended up waiting 1.5 hours when it was our turn because every session before us was delayed. All of them were families with babies and young children so it was a lot of work and only 1 staff member doing everything, photos, inputting orders, answering a thousand questions customers had. It was really loud with all the crying and running around. Our photo session was fun. I would've liked more creative direction styling poses but most of it was us trying to improvise on our own. We got some good snaps, and walked away with a satisfying order. It was 2:15pm by the time we left, so in total spent 2.5 hours for a 15-min booking. The studio needs more staff members especially on busier days like Fridays and weekends. We also wished they could text or call us when it was about to be our time so there wouldn't be so much dead time waiting around in a loud environment. It wasn't the fault of the photog but overall the experience was just so unexpected.

We got exactly what we needed and no high pressure sales.
