The Vault Taproom is Pittsbugh's first self-serve draft beer, wine, and cider restaurant where guests serve themselves as much or as little of their favorite craft beverages as they like. Our guests are able to "sample and try before they buy" and find new favorites! Beer, cider, or wine not your game? Try one of our 14 craft cocktails, made from fresh ingredients daily!

Executive Chef Todd Cassell has put together an amazing food program to complement The Vault's aggressive beer, cider, wine, and craft cocktail program. The food is best described as comfort food with a twist - mac and cheese topped with 12 hour smoked brisket and carmelized onions, pork belly tacos, house burger topped with pulled pork, and the list goes on!
