She makes it impossible to schedule an appointment. If you are lucky to schedule an appointment, she will make up an excuse to reschedule it at her convenience not at a time where it's convenient for both. Then she will rant on FB about how horrible and annoying her clients are, totally unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Nichole made an appointment, canceled last minute (sick child, understandable) but agreed to honor the groupon even after it expired. She has since dodged any further attempts to reschedule a facial, not returning phone calls, emails or texts until I recently emailed from a new address to ask if she is still in business, to which she replied "who is this?" So now I think she was just ignoring me so she wouldn't have to honor the groupon. :-/

NICOLE IS YOUNG AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DID NOT SHOW UP FOR MY FIRST APPT, BLAMED IT ON ME, WAS LATE BC OF HER SICK KID THEN CANCELLED ME DUE TO NO BABYSITTER. WASTED MY TIME BIG TIME!
