Mora Asian Fusion's space is a miscellany of black, brown, and white geometric shapes—on the wood-paneled walls, in the layout of the flooring, within the artwork; yet the dissonance layers together to create a warm, comfortable, and chic dining space.

And the staff here work to match this particular tonality, with a menu that showcases an array of fresh sushi alongside Robatayaki–style dishes, a Japanese method of cooking where chefs skewer different foods and slow-grill them over sizzling charcoals. Platters of New York strip steak, Robata-grilled, are whisked off the fire and brought straight to table, where diners can enjoy it alongside one of Mora's signature rolls, like the fiery Hamachi Inferno.
