Terrible communication horrible scheduling received no service with scheduled a appointment. Missed hours of work waiting on scheduled appt. I would not recommend at all

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 services. Came to my location and completed one but forgot or otherwise did not have other item for other purchased installation service. Rescheduled date but they never showed up nor called. Several calls made but finally was advised they did not have anyone to come back to my area in weeks and advised to seek refund. I've requested a refund and awaiting same. Also filed BBB complaint....along with over a dozen of other individuals. BEWARE!!
