For more than 17 years, Natasha Walker has practiced yoga—honing her craft everywhere from local studios and public parks to the comfort of her own living room. The seasoned yogi was eager to share her passion with others, so she learned the ropes of power yoga instruction at Colorado's CorePower Yoga. Today, Natasha runs Transcend, where she gears her moderately paced Vinyasa power yoga sequences to beginners. She sets sessions to music and guides students through moves intended to stimulate the entire body by building strength and increasing flexibility. Natasha runs through the sequence during morning classes six days a week alongside evening wind-down classes twice a week.
