We apologize if some spots of your home were not cleaned properly. We did do a final walk through with you before we left your home and if we missed something it was not done intentionally. Certain stains cannot be just wiped off they will have to be scrubbed or scrapped off. If you had reached back out to us we would have came right back out to correct it. All of our services were explained to you in great detail when you call to book the services. The items you listed for any cleaning company is considered deep cleaning services and not general ones. No company would come out and hand clean your blinds, hand clean ceiling fans and inside appliances (fridge,oven, etc) and consider it general cleaning. Yes we charged you before any services was done and at the same time went over what all was covered. The question I have is that if a company tells you what all they will and won’t do based on what you paid then why would you still pay additional if it wasn’t what you needed or wanted. We advise you that you could even contact Groupon back and get a refund or whatever there refund policy is. That’s like someone buying a service and then getting mad because they should have done way more than what I paid for even thou they told me that would cost extra but I declined it. We also did a final walk through before we left your home with you. The cleaner didn’t leave an hour before either. We have a system that tracks the cleaners start time and finish time and also the time that the customers sign off stating the job is complete.

When you call to book the service everything was explained to you all about what was and was not covered. We advised you to contact Groupon to get your money back because this may not be the correct service for you. Now you write a review saying we didn’t explain services to you but the invoice you received surely explained everything. You needed a deep cleaning service but only wanted to pay for a general cleaning one. We even advised you that you all needed one and you decline the deep cleaning services, for whatever reasons financial or just thought once we was there we would do those services without you paying for them. We are no different from any other job or company, our cleaners expect to be paid for the work they complete. We even said you can pay for the blinds to be cleaned and other services but once again you declined them. So now you give us a 1 star review. We have learned along time ago you will never be able to satisfy all the customers all the time.
