About DFC Headquarters

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? DFC Headquarters is home to community dance organization Dancing for a Cause. Created in 2008 by a student at Plano East Senior High School and has since grown to be a leading dance organization in DFW Metroplex.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans? Come in and do not be afraid to say hello, because we sure will. We are a family, and a friendly environment. It is all about the unity we find through dance, so if you are a new student the great, because we are students too.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The bonds created through a simple passion are what makes life worth living. Dancing as an art has brought so many great people together.

What do you love most about your job? Witnessing the growth of a member is what makes me really love what I do. I have seen the most shy student become the teacher and mentor of the next one. I have seen the most clumsy dancer become a strong choreographer and teacher, all because of encouragement and passion.
