Running at night can be tricky, but there is no way to miss runners participating in the Firefly Run. The 5K nighttime race—supporting local charities—encourages entrants to wear anything illuminated, perhaps draping themselves in Christmas lights or strapping a mini lighthouse to their head. To help runners stand out against the dark even more, the organizers provide each participant with a LED lanyard.
Afterwards, runners and walkers dash to the post-race celebration area. Experience the fun with live entertainment, a costume contest, and amazing visual effects.
