It took life coach Pam Robinson longer than a decade to amass the life-changing techniques she deploys today at Focus on Your Success. Whereas guided imagery pairs positive affirmations with gradual relaxation in an effort to combat a negative attitude, EFT uses a blend of acupressure and verbal therapy to dispel negative emotions and the negative behaviors that accompany them (such as smoking or overeating).
