From Our Editors
Jay Wilson boasts 28 years of experience as a kickboxing, Muy Thai, and Kempo Go-Ju Karate instructor, and has logged even more time in the ring as a fighter. In 2004, he battled his way to the title of K.I.C.K. World Champion with a combination of impressive striking skills and lightning-fast takedowns. Now, he shares his knowledge with students as the head instructor at Jay's Kickboxing.
With a third-degree black belt in Kempo Go-Ju Karate, he leads a variety of classes from Muay Thai to Fitness Kickoxing. While each one teaches defense and attack techniques, fitness sessions focus on the cardiovascular benefits of martial arts, increasing your heartbeat to where it can knock someone out when they lay on your chest.
