This is my second attempt to get a Groupon for alignment. Groupon is not vetting out these vendors. In both cases, the vendors have strict restrictions on when the Groupon can be used, and Groupon neither asks this information up front, nor do they post the restrictions on their website. Groupon can do better. Yes, the companies who partner with Groupon can be more flexible as well (e.g. honor the deal on Saturdays, and stipulate that they will or will not take appointments, etc.) Anyway, let's do better at asking some basic questions Groupon!!! After all, you are GROUPON! Ask the questions that matter to people who buy the Groupon and then post the answers so your customers are frustrated.
