About The Yoga Factory - Dallas

The Kids yoga program is directed by a veteran elementary school teacher. She is a certified kids' yoga instructor. All of our instructors are 200-hour registered yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance and have completed kids yoga teacher training through our school. Kids yoga is not like adult yoga. They teach yoga to kids through games, reading, art, and story-telling. Kids stay physically fit but are also given tools that help them stay calm, focused and quiet without outside stimulation. Kids leave the kids yoga sessions feeling connected and empowered.
