Small group sessions with only 4 clients allowing for a personal experience at group prices. Regardless of the workout option, all classes focus on individual goals along with basic nutrition support. The gym philosophy is "Offer health and fitness with affordable opportunity for everyone!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I found myself at a very young age overweight, unhealthy and unhappy with my situation. There were many years of bumps along the way before I found a lifestyle of health and wellness. At 40, my goal to use my passion to help others achieve "healthy" pushed me to be a trainer and open my own gym.

What do you love most about your job?
Every client experience "fills my cup" but my cup truly runneth over when I receive messages from my clients about their victories. Whether its getting into a favorite pair of jeans, healthy test results or no more back pain! All success in my book!
