Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with my service. My hair was left with orange/yellowish highlights. I have a curly hair and asked many times to just trim the ends and add a small layer and my hair was literally chopped off. Now I have to spend the holidays with a horrible hair as no one as available to fix it. They also stained my t-shirt.
