This studio is well-managed with a clean environment and professional instructors that offer a very effective work out. A good mix of ages & is a place that caters to women & men. (Ladies don’t be intimidated by the “martial arts” environment. The group is very welcoming). Great way to get into shape & u will be tired but invigorated after a kickboxing class (see pic). Highly recommend.
