A great gym overall! They have monthly challenges and some folks participate in local events. When I was there they did a mini-Murf and they had the Dry month as a challenge. I was a beginner at lifting weights and they were very knowledgeable at training me to get to a 45lb in 1 month.

The best crossfit I have been to. The owner is by far the kindest and most helpful trainer I have met over the course of 3 years with different crossfit gyms. I highly recommend if you want a personalized experience with gym members who encourage you every step of the way!
