I feel like the doctor rushed to clean my teeth. And it didn't feel like I even had a cleaning. They were trying to charge me for other services and since I denied them, he just ran through the cleaning process. I was not satisfied.

I went to Plantation Palm Dental on 05/17/2018. My package is including dental exam X-ray and cleaning. My dentist in Turkey had done dental exam in August. They told me same thing with Plantation Palm Dental. Exept dental cleaning part. when I bought this package because of dental cleaning. They refused me regular cleaning and offer me detail cleaning for $650 and 5 crowns $6600. Turkish Dentist price is $50 detail cleaning 5 crowns $1000. Also most dentist offer free exam in USA. They told me We exam and x-ray. If you do not detail cleaning . Groupon will be refund half of price $16.. They are so stingy, unfriendly and rude. I am so sad about this bad experiment.

This Groupon offer includes a comprehensive exam, x-rays, adult prophylaxis and oral cancer screening. We clearly specify that this offer does NOT include a cleaning for the patient with periodontal disease. Patients that present with periodontal disease require a scaling and root planing also known as a "deep cleaning". This process is longer than a regular cleaning and requires the dentist to provide local anesthetic in order to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. In order to diagnose gum disease, the dentist must first take x-rays and complete a comprehensive exam. Our job is to provide every patient with a comprehensive exam which details all necessary work that needs to be done for a healthy mouth.
