Mark Nawrocki Nationally Certified and Florida licensed massage therapist, as well as a certified AIS practitioner, proud Plantation resident, and the man with the Plantation Massage and Stretch Center—has a method. Methods like active isolated stretching, neuro muscular technique, deep-tissue, miofacial release, and trigger point techniques are mixed into his customized massages. While using a discrete process called draping that covers the body parts not being massaged, the gifted therapist uses his healing hands to listen to the needs of the client's body, whether it's relief from athletic injuries or chronic pain, or simply in need of blissful, invigorating stress release. From his experiences with personal pain, he had discovered alternate methods of healing and this is what inspired him to do the work that he does.
