I had a 50 minute couples massage appointment. As soon as I walk in there is no one at the front desk greeting you. The lady came out from the back room who I assume is the front desk person. She was on the phone the whole time. There was no one else there and she told us the massage people were on the way. Then she started massaging me and saying stuff about my body weight. We left before massage
