I just wasn't expecting the large open room with several chairs. I was expecting a private room. I was just glad that I changed out of my work clothes and had sports clothes on that could easily be adjusted for the foot and leg massage.

Not many of the people speak english so conversing is difficult I had an appt and when I pulled up they said they were closed for Chineses New Year - one of the massage therapists said for me to stay he would do it. I was happy they honored my appt. I think enlish is definitely a problem

Not what you typically expect from past massage experiences, but good. Open area in recliner chairs that fold all the way down starts the experience with cranial and then foot/lower leg work. Later, moved to private room for back massage. My guy was pretty good with deep tissue, my daughter told me her guy was a bit on the "light" side. I expect the experience will depend on who you get...like everywhere else. For the price, a very good experience.
