Everything went well as far as the oil change. But the service, customer service, is so bad. They were nice, but they REALLY need at least 2 ppl at the front. So many ppl were waiting in line.
It was nice that they would text your phone when the car was done. So I wandered in the mall next door until I got the text.
They did the job and a full inspection/recommendations. They also charged about $8 in extra fees on top of the groupon so this isn't that greatest of deals really. Maybe saved $5 from taking it to my normal place.
Technicians were courteous and the work was done within the time they said.
The service was good, but you have to call to make an appointment. If you use the online appointment system, the auto center won't know about it right away.
They have zero idea how to processba groupon.....extremely difficult to schedule a weekend appt.
Got here at 5 and the place was about empty. Waited almost 2 hours and I went back to check on my car when there was 15 minutes left and the mechanic was doing nothing, he then closed the doors and 15 minutes AFTER they were closed I finally got to pay and leave. Talk about milking their time and mine. I don't think I'll be back! The other customer who was being checked in explained they just bought a new tire and they actually checked out after me. Other guy couldn't even get his 10% discount on other services until a manager was called. So sadly run shop!
