The Pilates classes at Club Pilates offer a strength-training workout for students of any age, providing patrons with increased functional strength and flexibility. The Club Pilates team has extensive experience in studying, training, teaching, and practicing Pilates. They have honed their unique and proprietary Club Pilates Method to ensure members receive the best training and most effective results.
